Fishing in Echo Basin

A fisheye view of the sun as it dips below the western horizon on the far side of the Columbia from Echo Basin. Along with Frenchman Coulee, Echo Basin forms a vast cataract system left over from the Ice Age floods that once swept across central Washington and beyond.
